You will manage your own client portfolio, win retained mandates, and deliver executive search outcomes with autonomy.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in executive search or senior recruitment.
• 3+ years in Mission Critical, Data Centres, Construction, or Infrastructure.
• Established client network across APAC.
• Strong billing track record.

Aufgaben

• Run the Mission Critical & Industrial Infrastructure desk across APAC.
• Manage your own client portfolio and pipeline.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners at developers, owner-operators, EPC and design firms, MEP contractors and critical equipment suppliers.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates, from brief to offer.
• Headhunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates with discretion and credibility.
• Drive consistent revenue and placements from your desk.
