Job summary

Stemgenic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entrepreneurial Director – Pharma & Life Sciences APAC to own the practice, shape market strategy and deliver executive search mandates across APAC. You will lead the desk hands-on, build client partnerships, win retained mandates, and scale the business by hiring and mentoring consultants as the practice grows.

Flexible working in Singapore is available, with full autonomy over your desk, clients and approach, plus opportunities to lead and expand

Qualifications

• Billing track record in executive search or senior recruitment within Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• Established network of client relationships across the sector in APAC.
• Deep understanding of Pharma & Life Sciences landscape and leadership requirements in APAC.
• Proven success in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven mindset with interest in building and scaling a business.
• Strong relationship-building skills to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience leading or developing recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pharma & Life Sciences desk across APAC and set strategy, client focus and growth plan.
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders & HR partners within Pharma & Life Sciences in APAC.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates from brief to offer.
• Drive revenue, placements and desk growth as a hands-on individual contributor.
• Grow the practice over time by hiring and developing consultants to build a team.
• Represent Stemgenic in the sector through networking, industry events and thought leadership.
