Mister Mobile Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Director to unite marketing and e-commerce under one leadership. You will own both functions — brand, content, social and demand, and online sales, pricing, and marketplace performance — and drive campaigns that align with stock and pricing behind them.

Competenze

• 5+ years in marketing or e-commerce with team leadership.
• Experience leading through team leads, not only individual contributors.
• Commercial judgement — you read a P&L, manage a budget, and make trade-off decisions based on return.
• Hands-on marketplace or e-commerce platform experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Carousell, or similar).
• Comfortable with data — you build the report yourself rather than waiting for someone to send it.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to manage a partly remote team and hold standards at a distance.

• Translate the annual marketing direction into quarterly plans and campaign calendars across brand, content, social, influencer, video and media communications.
• Oversee campaign execution end to end — brief, budget, timeline, creative, launch, measurement.
• Maintain brand consistency across every channel and touchpoint, in-store and online.
• Own the retail and in-store marketing calendar in step with online activity.
• Manage agency, influencer and partner relationships where used.
• Own online revenue performance across our website and all marketplace channels.
• Oversee pricing competitiveness, listing quality and catalogue accuracy across every channel.
• Drive conversion — traffic quality, product page performance, checkout experience, and retention through CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Oversee SEO and paid performance as demand drivers for the online channel.
• Ensure marketplace campaigns, platform promotions and stock availability are coordinated with the wider marketing calendar.
• Report monthly to the Director and management on performance, risks and decisions needed.
• Define and track the metrics that matter for both teams: revenue by channel, cost of acquisition, return on ad spend, conversion, pricing position, listing health.
