Job summary

foodpanda seeks a strategic Head of Logistics Performance to design, analyze, and optimize rider payments, incentives, and real-time operations across 16 markets. You will bridge high-level business goals with local execution, shaping payment structures and dynamic incentives to improve fleet efficiency and delivery times while maintaining long-term sustainability.

Lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with regional finance, product, and local logistics

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in high growth tech, logistics, strategy or analytics.
Proven track record (3+ years) of managing teams and managers.
University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with AI productivity tools and automation frameworks preferred.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken, with stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional logistics team across 16 markets.
Oversee strategy, business planning, and financial targets for logistics performance.
Own rider payments, incentives, and dynamic pricing models; drive deployment and testing.
Champion continuous improvement through automation, AI tools, and scalable systems.
Collaborate with Local Logistics Leaders, Finance, and Product to shape long-term incentive products.
