Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Manager, Rider Supply Chain to own the end-to-end rider gear supply chain across 16 global markets for foodora, foodpanda, and yemeksepeti. You will lead forecasting, sourcing, inventory optimization, and logistics for rider gear and bags.

You will partner with procurement, operations, finance, and regional teams to drive cost savings, automate workflows (n8n), and ensure compliance and timely rider onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning and procurement across multiple markets.
• Familiarity with SAP/Ariba ERP systems and Shopify.
• Proven ability to automate workflows and drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting & Planning: Own regional gear forecasting and production, and provide inputs to procurement and local teams to ensure gear availability.
• Inventory & Order Management: Manage inventory across storage locations, optimize replenishment, and minimize stockouts.
• Logistics Operations: Own regional logistics for gear storage, fulfillment, and cross-border distribution.
• Supplier & 3PL Partnership: Manage relationships with 3PLs and suppliers, support tenders, evaluate performance, and enforce quality.
• Automation & Process Optimization: Lead supply chain automation projects (e.g., n8n) to streamline order dispatches and onboarding.
• Standardization & Product Innovation: Collaborate to field-test custom equipment for brand assortments and cost savings.
• Brand awareness: Drive rider branding initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.
• Compliance & Financial Reporting: Coordinate with finance, legal, and tax for rider gear flows and compliance.
