Job summary

foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Logistics Strategy and Performance Manager to drive governance, performance and PMO for our regional logistics network. You will own OKRs, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Operations, Product, Finance and Commercial to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

The role includes executive reporting, peak planning for major events and delivering data-driven insights across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in Strategy, Business Operations, PMO, Consulting or Operations Excellence, preferably in tech/e-commerce/logistics.
• Proven experience managing business performance through KPIs, OKRs and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management with cross-functional impact.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling for executive leadership.
• Experience in regional/global organisations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Own governance of logistics performance across regional markets with OKR and KPI management.
• Plan, track, and report functional OKRs and KPIs with visibility into performance, risks and progress.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to review performance, diagnose underperformance, and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor strategic initiatives, manage risks, dependencies and execution for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance and Commercial to drive execution of strategic initiatives.
• Translate priorities into measurable outcomes using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support strategic planning and regional initiatives to enhance logistics performance across markets.
• Prepare executive presentations and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Build partnerships across regional and local teams, escalating risks and aligning priorities.
• Lead PMO governance and cross-functional planning for major peak events.
