Job summary

The National Institute of Education (NIE) in Singapore seeks a Learning Innovations Manager to advance data-driven innovations in teaching and learning. Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and establish clear, achievable goals for the Learning Innovations team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Champion Data-Driven Innovation in Teaching and Learning: Lead the development and integration of evidence-based frameworks and pedagogically sound design solutions, incorporating dashboards to optimise teaching and learning experiences.
• Collaboration for Faculty Professional Development: Work with cross-departmental teams to develop strategies for faculty engagement and professional development, leveraging analytics insights.
• Research and Stay Abreast of Best Practices: Stay informed about emerging trends in educational technologies and learning analytics to keep NIE at the forefront.
• Lead Special Projects: Participate in and lead special projects to advance teaching and learning through data analytics, AI edtech and other innovative technologies.
