Job summary

NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY is seeking a Senior Learning Strategist to develop and evaluate innovative blended learning experiences at NIE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of adult education. This role requires collaboration with faculty and cross-functional teams to drive effective learning practices, including research, workshop facilitation, and leveraging emerging educational technologies. A master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of instructional design experience in higher education.
• 5 years for Senior Learning Strategist, with a track record of managing complex projects.

• Assess learning needs for courses and propose tech-enabled strategies.
