Job summary

The National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, seeks a Learning Innovations Manager to lead data-driven teaching and learning initiatives within the Centre for Innovation in Learning. Reporting to Senior Assistant Head, you will drive analytics dashboards, emerging technologies, and professional development to enhance student outcomes.

Applicants should have a university degree in Learning Sciences or related field and at least five years in educational technology with leadership

Qualifications

A University degree in Learning Sciences, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology or learning analytics in higher education.
Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead data-driven projects.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for the Learning Innovations team and set goals.
Oversee implementation of learning analytics dashboards and emerging technologies.
Coordinate faculty professional development around data-driven teaching.
Lead special projects to advance teaching through data analytics and AI edtech.
Collaborate with cross-department teams to inform instructional design and personalised learning.
