Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced learning and development managers to help train their language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This remote role offers flexible hours and a start date ASAP.

You will design onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines, and build tracking rubrics to measure progress. Compensation is $70/hour with 5-20 hours per week, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics.
