Qualifications

• Experience in tennis coaching or sports training.
• Recognised tennis coaching qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, training methods and competition preparation.
• Experience developing junior or competitive players preferred.
• Good communication, responsibility and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct tennis training programmes according to player levels and objectives.
• Provide coaching on strokes, serving, footwork, match strategy and tactical awareness.
• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions.
• Analyse player performance and provide improvement feedback.
• Develop training plans for skill development and competition preparation.
• Organise practice matches and player assessments.
• Maintain a safe and professional coaching environment.
