Job summary

DB GOLF TRAINING & PERFORMANCE CENTER PTE. LTD. seeks qualified PGA Golf Coaches in Singapore to train elite players and juniors. You will deliver one-to-one or small group sessions, set goals and personalized plans, and work weekends/PH.

The role requires at least 1 year of coaching experience, strong communication, teamwork, and passion for developing players; salary ranges from SGD 7,500 to 9,500 per month plus a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year coaching experience.
• Qualified PGA coach or equivalent certification.
• Ability to coach juniors and adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small group training.
• Provide coaching to customers based on specific needs.
• Support customers in their training and development.
• Help customers set goals and work out individual plans.
• Able to work independently and in a team with good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate emotional maturity and genuine passion for coaching children and adults.
• Patient and able to understand challenges faced by customers.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

DB Golf Center is looking for Qualified PGA Golf Coaches with the following criteria:

• Have coached Elite players such as Tour Players and/or National Amateur Players
• Have at least 1 year of coaching experience

Certified in:

• Junior Development: able to communicate with Juniors and develop strength, speed, and balance according to their developmental status.
• Ground reaction force: able to identify how to maximize the body motion using the forces from the ground
• Biomechanics: able to understand 3D data and find the most efficient way to change the swing.
• Putting: able to run putting sessions, read 3D putting data, and suggest the best suitable equipment for the customer.

Other Key Job Duties

• Provide one-to-one or small group training.
