Job summary

JUMPSHOT ARENA PTE. LTD. seeks a Youth Development Coach to lead Starter and Development basketball programmes at academy satellite locations, teaching fundamentals, boosting player confidence, and maintaining high energy.

You will deliver structured, high-energy sessions, communicate progress to parents, manage court setup and equipment, and identify talents for trials with the Technical Lead. Requirements: at least 2 years coaching youth basketball, collegiate playing background, Level 1

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years coaching youth basketball in schools, clubs, or community settings.
• Collegiate, varsity, or competitive club playing background is required.
• Level 1 coaching certification or equivalent.
• Maintains valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
