Job summary

AWWA, a leading social service agency in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Communications professional to shape and share the organisation’s narrative. You will develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen reputation, engage stakeholders, and raise public understanding of our mission to support children, families, seniors, and persons with disabilities.

You will lead internal communications to strengthen staff engagement, culture, and alignment across AWWA’s programmes and services,

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications to strengthen staff engagement, culture and alignment with AWWA’s mission.
• Shape and articulate compelling organisational narratives and develop integrated communications plans.
• Lead media engagement, build relationships with journalists and coordinate with PR agencies.
• Develop content strategies for website, newsletters and social media; use analytics to improve reach.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members; manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
