Job summary

TALENT LEGAL GLOBAL SEARCH CONSULTANCY (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a Head of Human Resource to oversee all HR operations for an organization with 100+ staff.

You will lead a team of three HR professionals and a payroll specialist, ensuring payroll, talent acquisition, and learning & development run smoothly. The role requires strategic HR planning, strong communication with the CEO and senior leaders, and hands-on payroll experience, preferably with PeopleHR.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full HR spectrum in organizations of similar scale.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing HR teams.
• Hands-on expertise in payroll systems, preferably PeopleHR.
• Demonstrated ability to work with board members and senior executives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic HR planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and compliance.
• Oversee payroll administration (two cycles per month) using PeopleHR payroll software.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Head of Human Resource

The Head of Human Resource will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for an organization with a staff strength of over 100 employees. Leading a team of three HR professionals (including herself) and one dedicated payroll specialist, she will ensure smooth operations across payroll, talent acquisition, and learning & development.

Key Responsibilities
