RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Food Services Operations Director in Singapore to lead restaurant and catering operations. You will shape strategic plans, manage financial performance, and drive growth across food service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality/food service management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in restaurant, hospitality, food service or catering operations with senior management experience.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial performance management and operations oversight.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, catering, food production and supply chain coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple departmental managers and cross-functional teams.

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies for growth and profitability.
• Direct and oversee restaurant operations, catering services, production, procurement and customer service.
• Establish policies, procedures and performance standards for efficient operations.
• Develop annual plans, budgets, forecasts and expansion strategies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, food costs, labour costs and overall financial performance.
• Lead and supervise management teams and operations personnel.
• Establish KPIs and evaluate performance and financial results.
• Plan for new restaurant outlets, catering contracts and revenue opportunities.
• Identify corporate clients and strategic partnerships within food service.
• Oversee menu development, pricing, and product positioning.
• Direct procurement strategies, supplier negotiations and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency regulations and workplace safety.
• Develop manpower planning and staff development strategies.
• Review risks, internal controls and business continuity procedures.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape for strategic decisions.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to strengthen brand and growth.
• Oversee major catering contracts and partnerships.
• Implement technology-driven improvements and reporting processes.
