Job summary

RMR International Private Limited is seeking an F&B Executive to oversee daily operations across restaurants, hotels, or catering sites, ensuring smooth service, quality, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead service and kitchen teams, monitor safety and hygiene, manage inventories, and support sales, budgeting, and promotions while maintaining compliance with Singapore's health standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations (restaurant, café, banquet, or kitchen) and ensure smooth service flow between kitchen and service staff
• Monitor opening and closing procedures; maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Lead and manage service staff and kitchen teams; schedule shifts and manage attendance
• Train staff on service standards and SOPs; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Ensure high-quality customer service; handle complaints and engage with customers to improve satisfaction
• Monitor stock levels, order inventory, control food cost, and coordinate with suppliers
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and wastage; assist budgeting
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations and comply with local regulations (e.g., Singapore SFA)
