Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Executive in Singapore to lead the strategic and operational management of hospital support services.

The role ensures efficient, compliant, and high-quality services that support patient care delivery while overseeing facilities, equipment, and security across the hospital. You will manage multiple department heads, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, and drive budget controls and process improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the strategic and operational management of hospital support services
• Ensure efficient, compliant, high-quality services that support patient care delivery
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure reliability
• Plan and deliver capital projects and facility development initiatives
• Manage lifecycle of medical equipment (maintenance, repair, replacement)
• Align equipment planning and acquisition with clinical and strategic needs
• Ensure a safe and secure hospital environment
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols
• Lead and manage multiple department heads and operational teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative departments
• Develop, manage, and control operational budgets
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimisation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
