CuriousCore is hiring a senior commercial leader to build and scale our enterprise go-to-market motion across Singapore, Malaysia and the region. You will partner directly with the founder on strategic, founder-led sales while taking increasing ownership of pipeline, conversion, partnerships and regional revenue growth.

This is a builder role for an entrepreneurial enterprise-sales leader who wants to shape the commercial engine of an applied-AI workforce transformation business.

Responsibilities

• Own, grow and diversify CuriousCore’s commercial revenue across SG/MY and region.
• Partner with founder on strategic, founder-led sales.
• Improve conversion across the full funnel: conversations, discovery, proposals, procurement, contracting and expansion.
• Co-lead enterprise opportunities with the founder and run complex deals.
• Build repeatable GTM plays for applied AI adoption and workforce transformation.
• Develop strategic partnerships with employers, training ecosystems, technology partners and channel partners in the region.
• Translate client needs into credible, outcome-led solutions with delivery teams.
• Establish weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy and commercial dashboards.
