Equinix is seeking a senior Hyperscale Customer Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of large, complex xScale deployments for cloud and AI customers across multiple sites and regions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure successful project handover from construction to operations, including governance and executive reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in data centre delivery, and a demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level.

Formación

• 8+ years’ experience managing large, complex, customer-facing programmes in data centre, construction, technology or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional, multi-site customer deployments from contract handover through to acceptance and closure.
• Own the integrated programme schedule, deployment plans and lifecycle milestones across design, construction, commissioning and service readiness.
• Translate contract commitments into a baselined delivery plan and track critical-path dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and changes, communicating impact clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as primary executive interface, maintaining trusted-advisor relationships and governance rhythm.
