sbi coinhako technology pte. ltd. is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the product engineering strategy for crypto solutions and trading platforms. You will guide an empowered team, own architecture, and align delivery with business goals and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, high‑impact development, cross‑functional leadership, and a focus on availability, security, and performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product engineering roles, with at least 5+ in leadership
• Proven track record leading broker‑dealer trading systems or similar complex financial platforms
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital asset markets and trading systems
• Experience building highly available, low‑latency, high‑performance financial applications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision and strategy for the platform
• Lead the engineering team to build scalable, secure, high‑performance features for the exchange
• Oversee end‑to‑end product engineering lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Provide leadership in architecture and design of scalable systems for trading operations
• Drive security, compliance, and best practices across engineering and product teams
