SPCA Singapore is seeking a Head of Community Engagement to lead our outreach arm, diversify fundraising streams, and raise awareness for animal welfare. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and partner with the Deputy Executive Director to develop integrated communication, outreach, and fundraising strategies.

Qualificações

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management or related field.
• 8+ years in leadership roles within community engagement or nonprofit sectors.
• Experience in fundraising, donor strategies, campaigns, or partnerships.
• Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee communications, merchandising, volunteer engagement, fundraising, digital engagement, education, and advocacy efforts.
• Develop integrated communication, outreach, and fundraising strategies to drive public engagement and fundraising.
• Monitor budget utilisation across community engagement efforts.
• Drive fundraising capabilities, donor engagement, and partnerships.
• Conceptualize innovative programs and campaigns to deepen community engagement and welfare outcomes.
• Lead crisis communications and safeguard SPCA’s reputation.
• Build relationships with volunteers, donors, stakeholders, and government bodies.
