Job summary

Epworth Community Services in Singapore is seeking a dynamic professional to join the Partnerships, Communications and Fundraising team. You will plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns and key engagement events, including donor appreciation, galas, and community initiatives throughout the year.

Role involves identifying and nurturing corporate and foundation partnerships, while strengthening existing relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in fundraising and/or donor management is mandatory.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
Good project management, planning and organisation skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills; strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, grantmakers, volunteers, and stakeholders through networks and donor engagement initiatives.
Identify and develop fundraising opportunities to support donor engagement and organisational goals.
Monitor fundraising performance, maintain donor databases, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
Lead event management including programme planning, venue/vendor sourcing, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Volunteer Management to drive marketing efforts for fundraising.
