The Community Foundation of Singapore seeks an experienced leader to provide strategic and operational oversight of donor due diligence, onboarding, and donations processing. You will manage a team ensuring compliance, governance, and efficiency across donor and grant activities.

Lead risk controls, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and uphold PDPA data practices to support the foundation's mission and accountability standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of working experience in managing operations and service delivery.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Experience in aligning technology initiatives with organizational mission and long-term strategy.
• Ability to support digital innovation in a non-profit or philanthropic environment.
• People management skills to lead and motivate Ops team

Responsabilités

• Lead the Donor Due Diligence and Grants Operations function, setting strategic direction and priorities in line with the organization's objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of donor due diligence and grant making policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to senior management, donor compliance, reputational risk, and donation and grants management issues.
• Manage periodic reporting to Senior Management, the Board, and regulators on DDD, compliance status, and audit outcomes.
• Support the Data Protection Officer in ensuring PDPA compliance and data framework initiatives.
