Community Foundation of Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to oversee donor due diligence, onboarding, and grants processing. You will drive governance, controls, and risk management while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and SOPs.

The role includes guiding senior management, coordinating with risk, finance, and advisory teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting. A strong track record in non-profit operations and people leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 10 years of operations and service delivery experience.
• Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Experience in aligning technology initiatives with organizational mission and long-term strategy.
• Ability to support digital innovation in a non-profit environment.
• People management skills to lead and motivate Ops team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Donor Due Diligence and Grants Operations function, setting strategic direction.
• Oversee policy design and controls for due diligence and grant making processes.
• Provide guidance to senior management on compliance, reputational risk, and grants issues.
• Manage periodic reporting to Senior Management, the Board, and regulators.
• Collaborate with internal auditors on Donations & Grants Processing topics.
• Support the Data Protection Officer in PDPA compliance and data framework.
