The role reports to the CEO and partners with other business units to deliver innovative media solutions. You will lead a results-driven sales team, own key client and agency relationships, and develop data-driven digital offerings. The ideal candidate has a track record of major campaigns and deep expertise in digital advertising.

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Digital Media Sales to drive revenue growth, lead sales strategy, and forge strategic partnerships across our digital media portfolio. The incumbent reports to the CEO of the company to drive AsiaOne's revenue strategy. He/she will work collaboratively with other Business Units to deliver innovative media solutions that drive measurable impact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy, unlock new business opportunities, and deliver strong year-on-year growth
• Own key client and agency relationships, ensuring impactful solutions and long-term partnerships
• Create data-driven, advertiser-ready digital and branded content solutions that stand out in the market
• Build, coach, and inspire a results-driven sales team to exceed KPIs

About you

• 10+ years of media sales leadership with a track record of delivering major wins, including campaigns above $1M in gross revenue
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building and business planning skills
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, content partnerships, and providing innovative media solutions
• Ability to build culture, elevate performance, and lead with clarity and purpose
