Job summary

Newbridge Alliance Pte Ltd is seeking a senior data engineering leader to drive end-to-end data infrastructure, defining scalable lakehouse architectures and AI-enabled analytics platforms.

You will own pipelines, data lakes, and feature stores, partnering with research, product, and commercial teams to deliver impactful data products at scale in Singapore. The role emphasizes building robust governance, observability, and scalable data solutions for enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years designing and building data products in AI-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with lakehouse ecosystems and large-scale pipelines.
• Experience with feature stores and governance tooling.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for product and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data engineering initiatives and architecture.
• Own data lake ecosystem, standards for ingestion, storage, and access.
• Evolve data stack for multi-cloud compute and GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Build and maintain a feature store for training and serving.
