Job summary

Newbridge in Singapore seeks a hands-on Delivery + Client Relationship + Business Development leader to drive Data & AI engagements across APAC. You will own senior client relationships, shape opportunities with CFOs/CTOs, and lead across data pipelines, AI readiness, governance, and managed services.

As a senior practitioner, you will mentor junior professionals, champion responsible AI by design, and collaborate with executive leadership to expand accounts and close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data & AI—data engineering, data science, analytics, AI/ML, or BI consulting.
• Proven client-facing delivery from design through adoption.
• Experience with Japan or India clients and stakeholder cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on delivery across APAC—data pipelines, dashboards, models, GenAI, and automation.
• Own day-to-day client relationships and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Identify, qualify and shape new opportunities with senior leaders.
• Co-lead pursuits and proposals with senior leadership.
• Mentor juniors and embed responsible AI and governance.
