Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Head of AI Data Platform & Engineering for a Singapore-based role. You will shape the enterprise data platform strategy to power AI, analytics and digital transformation across the business.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams spanning data engineering, platform engineering, information management and governance, ensuring reliable, scalable and cost-efficient data platforms while adopting cutting-edge AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms for AI, analytics, or digital products.
• Deep expertise in modern data architecture and cloud data ecosystems.
• Hands-on with AI enabling tech like knowledge graphs, vector databases, and enterprise search.
• Proven data governance across quality, metadata, privacy, and compliance.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary data and AI teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for enterprise data platforms supporting AI and analytics.
• Lead design and delivery of reusable data products and shared services.
• Establish data discovery, metadata, and enterprise search approaches.
• Build scalable retrieval, indexing, and contextualisation for AI apps.
• Set architectural standards across data platforms and AI-enabled services.
• Partner with leaders to prioritise investments and accelerate AI use cases.
• Implement governance frameworks for data quality, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in data engineering, platform engineering, information management, and governance.
• Ensure reliability, observability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen enterprise AI and data capabilities.
