Job summary

NCS Group is seeking an experienced DC Facility Manager to lead a team responsible for data centre operations in Singapore. You will oversee IT service and security management, incident handling and compliance across the facility, ensuring high reliability and regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and hands-on experience with critical data centre infrastructure. You will report to the head of DC Operations and collaborate with client teams to deliver

Qualifications

Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
8–10 years of experience in data centre critical infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical equipment in data centres (UPS, STS, DRUPS, CRAH/CRAC, PDUs, chillers, BMS, fire systems).
Ability to conduct presentations and meetings.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the DC Facility Management team and manage data centre operations for a key client.
Oversee Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Vulnerability and Patch Management, and IT security & QA management.
Monitor SLA/KPIs and report system health, risks and progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, Ops Managers and contractors for project delivery and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory codes and audit requirements.
