Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Lead for Data Centre Facilities Management to provide leadership across data hall facilities operations, ensuring high availability and resilience. You will shape standards, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement with internal IT and business partners.

Responsibilities include defining strategy, ensuring regulatory alignment, and guiding automation initiatives while overseeing critical infra like racks, power, cooling, and monitoring systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in data centre operations and facilities management, with 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operating model for data hall facilities.
• Own uptime, risk posture, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive standardized processes and automation across sites.
• Oversee racks, power, cooling, and related infrastructure.
• Lead audit, risk, and vendor management with internal IT partners.
• Partner with leadership on capacity planning and transformation.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team.
