Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced DC Facility Manager to lead a team responsible for data centre building operations and facilities management for a key client in Singapore.

You will oversee IT service management, configuration management, incident handling, and IT security/compliance, coordinating with client stakeholders and service providers to ensure service levels and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in Data Center Critical infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge in critical electrical & mechanical equipment in Data Centres (UPS, STS, DRUPS, CRAH/CRAC, PDUs, Chillers, BMS, Fire Systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in DC Facility Management, ensuring operations and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure.
• Monitor SLA/KPIs and report to client; liaise with stakeholders and contractors for project delivery.
• Drive IT governance, security and compliance through audits, risk reviews and incident handling.
• Provide technical guidance in facilities management and regulatory compliance matters.
