Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced M&A analysts to support training a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role requires 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation, with ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models, plus deep fluency in credit risk assessment and investment memo writing.

The engagement is flexible, fully remote, offering 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired) at a rate of $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equity research, credit analysis, or valuation advisory with direct ownership of DCF, trading comps, and LBO models.
• Deep fluency in credit risk assessment, covenant analysis, and investment committee memo writing for institutional stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
