Job summary

Redpath Partners in Singapore seeks a Head of Corporate Finance to lead the Group's accounting, controllership and treasury functions, reporting to the CFO. You will drive financial reporting, regulatory submissions and governance, while building a robust control environment across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication to the Board, and the ability to transform finance processes and teams for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of accounting and finance experience, including 5 years in leadership or controllership.
• Experience in asset management, private equity or other regulated financial institutions.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional entities and regional finance teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, treasury and regulatory reporting.
• Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to senior management and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Finance function with accountability for accounting, controls, treasury and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter- and year-end close processes across the Group.
• Design and maintain finance policies and internal controls to support governance and risk management.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial, banks and external service providers.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis and Board reporting materials.
• Present financial results and forecasts to the Board with insights and recommendations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the Group.
• Ensure timely regulatory reporting to MAS, SFC and other regulators; partner with Compliance.
