Job summary

Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore seeks a senior leader to drive Financial Reporting and FP&A. You will oversee the integrity of financial statements, ensure timely closing, strengthen internal controls and leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.

As the functional lead for Financial Reporting, you will mentor the Finance team, manage key projects including the migration to the Workday system, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy or Finance or related discipline.
5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, FP&A, audit, governance or public sector finance.
Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Financial Reporting function with timely, accurate closing and reporting.
Oversee monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities, journal entries, reconciliations and COA management.
Coordinate annual financial statements and audit processes.
Oversee asset accounting (fixed assets, right-of-use assets, leases) and internal controls.
Strengthen finance policies, processes and controls; lead system enhancements and transformations.
Lead finance workstream for migration to Workday (Cumulus).
Provide expert advice to management and stakeholders on financial reporting matters.
Coach Finance team members on technical accounting and finance issues.
