Job summary

HornbyChapman Ltd. is representing a global financial services client seeking an EVP based in Singapore to scale operations, strengthen controls, and enhance service quality for strategic clients.

The role focuses on leading client relationships, managing onboarding initiatives, and driving an efficient operating model across onshore and offshore teams to meet strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments.
• 10 years’ experience managing staff.
• Deep experience in, and exposure to, private equity and hedge fund investments.
• Deep understanding of Fund Administration, ideally with exposure to Private Equity and/or Real Estate Assets.
• Experience in leading significant client onboardings and working with and overseeing both onshore and offshore operational teams.

• Oversee and manage a significant strategic client from a senior relationship management and operations perspective.
• Oversee a major onboarding initiative, collaborating with senior client contacts and senior leadership within the organisation.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary operations team, helping to build an efficient and cohesive operating model, leveraging the extent of the client’s technology capabilities.
• Oversee Client Relationship Management and ensure the resolution of complex client issues, develop and monitor KPIs to ensure client SLAs are adhered to and ensure the client experience is optimized.

Our client, a global financial services provider that specializes in asset servicing, fund

administration, and middle and back-office operations for the alternative investment industry

is looking to hire an EVP based in Singapore with a strong background in Fund

Administration.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling the operations, enhancing

operational controls, improving processes, and maintaining exceptional service

quality for strategic clients.

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee and manage a significant strategic client from a senior relationship management and operations perspective
• Oversee a major onboarding initiative, collaborating with senior client contacts and senior leadership within the organisation.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary operations team, helping to build an efficient and cohesive operating model, leveraging the extent of the client’s technology capabilities.
• Oversee Client Relationship Management and ensure the resolution of complex client issues, develop and monitor KPIs to ensure client SLAs are adhered to and ensure the client experience is optimized.

Candidates will ideally have:

• Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments
• 10 years’ experience managing staff.
