Job summary

SASCO Senior Citizens' Home in Singapore seeks a Senior Centre Operations Manager to lead the Care Centres teams, including the sheltered home, senior care centres, Dementia Action and Operations units. You will own the development and implementation of care models, ensure regulatory compliance and KPI performance, and drive sustainable service delivery.

Qualifications

University Degree in healthcare-related field.
5+ years’ experience in a similar position managing elder care centres.
Experience in programme/service planning and implementation; Theory of Change knowledge.
Experience in dementia care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of the sheltered home, senior care centres, Dementia Action unit and Operations teams in consultation with Head, Centre Management.
Ensure quality delivery of programmes and services per funding authorities' KPIs and sustainability.
Develop vision and care models; lead units/teams towards goals; annual review of strategies.
Foster pride, innovation and quality improvement within units/teams.
Ensure competence and capability of Care Centres staff to deliver high-quality programmes.
Carry out budgeting, staff appraisals, purchasing approvals and reporting.
