Responsibilities
- Develop new products, processes, standards, or operating plans.
- Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services.
- Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework.
- Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre's objectives.
- Co-develop service strategies and policies for Community-based services with Senior Manager.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre.
- Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets.
- Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients.
