Job summary

OCBC invites a senior risk and control professional to lead the Business Control Management function within International Wealth. You will drive risk oversight, governance, and regulatory compliance across client onboarding, KYC/AML, suitability, and sales conduct controls, partnering with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and business leaders.

The role emphasizes building a strong risk culture, training, and delivering timely remediation of control findings within a dynamic, growth‑oriented bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Banking, Finance, Business, Risk Management or Law.
• Proven track record in Risk Management, Compliance, or Governance roles.
• Experience with regulatory reviews, surveillance programmes, and remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of the business control framework across International Wealth.
• Identify, assess and mitigate key business, operational, conduct, and regulatory risks.
• Oversee control testing, reviews, and remediation actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards are met across client onboarding and sales conduct controls.
• Provide governance updates and management reporting on risk indicators and control effectiveness.
