Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a seasoned executive to lead International Wealth - Business Control Management. You will drive risk and control across sales governance, client onboarding, regulatory compliance, operational risk and conduct oversight.

You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and business leaders to foster accountability and a strong risk culture while delivering governance dashboards and remediation plans in a fast-paced wealth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of banking experience in risk, compliance, governance, or audit.
• Experience managing regulatory reviews, surveillance programmes, and remediation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, conduct risk, and regulatory expectations.
• Prior people leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and ongoing enhancement of the business control framework for International Wealth.
• Oversee client onboarding, onboarding governance, regulatory compliance, and control testing.
• Manage surveillance, investigations, and root-cause analyses of control incidents.
• Promote risk culture through awareness, training, and governance support.
• Prepare risk updates and dashboards for senior management and governance committees.
