Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Head of Business Applications to lead the design, delivery and governance of enterprise applications supporting wholesale banking and MSME digitization.

You will shape the technology landscape and guide multi-disciplinary teams to implement strategic IT solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 15 years in banking IT, deep architecture and integration knowledge, and a proven leadership track record in building resilient, scalable

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in application development and application management within the Banking domain, preferably wholesale banks.
• Strong technical knowledge of building blocks of information systems and banking landscape (solution architecture, application security, integration technologies).
• Experience communicating with diverse business stakeholders and driving process optimization.
• Mandarin fluency (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT digital initiatives in changing business application landscape.
• Ensure continual improvement of service quality and resilience of applications.
• Ensure adherence to software development, change management and problem management standards and processes.
• Build competency center and SME for business applications; collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Manage team of engineers (inhouse/offshore/outsourced) and vendors; provide technical guidance.
• Oversee end-to-end program implementation for various functional domains.
• Jointly responsible for stability and resilience of business applications with IT Operations.
• Timely reporting/escalation of risks and issues; manage audit closure.
• Follow-up on audit issues end-to-end and ensure timely closure.
