• Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for full lifecycle management of applications.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable technology solutions.
• Drive evaluation and adoption of new technologies to enhance data analytics, automate workflows, and improve decision making.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage application budgets for cost-effectiveness.
• Establish governance, security, data integrity, and regulatory compliance as a standard across the function.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence within the business applications domain.
