You will drive architecture, choose scalable patterns, and ensure secure, high-performance solutions while collaborating with product owners and analysts. The role requires senior Java/Microservices expertise, cloud experience, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading application development teams in financial services, corporate banking preferred.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, microservices and cloud platform expertise.
• Experience using AI-powered engineering tools to boost productivity, design, quality, testing and operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing application development teams within the financial services sector, specifically in corporate banking.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. Deep understanding of modern database technologies, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve software development productivity, solution design, code quality, testing, troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on driving innovation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
