Ethos is partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced heads of business development who can train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across storytelling, executive summaries, and slide craftsmanship.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 3+ years in senior BD at top tech or enterprise B2B firms and exceptional PowerPoint skills. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Head of Business Development at a top high-growth tech company or enterprise B2B firm.
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows including storyline development and executive summaries.
• Ensure slide structuring, horizontal/vertical logic, and data-driven exhibits in client-ready decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, presentation-ready output.
