Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced M&A senior managers to help train an AI lab's language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for board approvals, target screening, and integration planning.

Flexible, fully remote work with 5-20 hours per week (more if desired) and an ASAP start. Candidates should have 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop board approval decks, target screening presentations, and synergy analysis exhibits.
• Prepare deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline reviews.
