Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Agentic AI Product Lead to design, build, and scale next-generation AI agents that automate workflows across enterprise and customer-facing environments. This role sits at the intersection of AI architecture, product strategy, and business transformation, requiring strong technical depth and senior stakeholder partnership across regions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product management, AI/ML, automation, or large-scale digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of LLM architectures, agentic systems, reasoning frameworks, and orchestration tools.
• Proven ability to design, deploy, and scale AI or automation products in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with APIs, workflow engines.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise roadmap for agentic AI capabilities, including planning, reasoning, tool use, and workflow orchestration.
• Translate business problems into agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, or autonomous task frameworks.
• Architect end-to-end agentic ecosystems integrating LLMs, tooling APIs, workflow engines, and decisioning systems; partner with engineering teams.
• Implement guardrails and governance for safe autonomous AI actions across APAC and global markets.
• Collaborate with business owners and cross-functional teams to map processes into agentic workflows and drive adoption.
