Michael Page International, a high-growth global e-commerce business, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable leader to architect and deliver a scalable AP function across markets. You will drive automation, process excellence and governance while managing complex supplier ecosystems and high transaction volumes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or Finance Operations.
• Experience managing high-volume AP in multinational, e-commerce, marketplace, retail, technology or shared services environments.

Job Description

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Accounts Payable function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable function across multiple markets.
• Design, implement and enhance scalable AP processes, controls and governance frameworks.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual processing and increase accuracy.
• Manage complex supplier ecosystems and high transaction volumes while maintaining service excellence.
• Oversee payment operations, reconciliations and month-end AP activities.
• Partner with finance, technology and operational stakeholders to deliver process enhancement projects.
• Provide strategic recommendations on future-state AP operating models whilst remaining hands-on with execution.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience within Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or Finance Operations environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume AP functions within multinational, e-commerce, marketplace, retail, technology or shared services environments.
• Demonstrated track record leading automation, process optimisation or finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of supplier management, payment operations and AP controls.
• Experience supporting cross-border operations and multiple legal entities.
• Knowledge of indirect tax, GST/VAT and international supplier structures.
• Advanced ERP experience, ideally NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Able to operate independently within a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
