Job summary

Michael Page International, a high-growth global e-commerce business, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable leader to architect and deliver a scalable AP function across markets. You will drive automation, process excellence and governance while managing complex supplier ecosystems and high transaction volumes.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will oversee payment operations, reconciliations and month-end activities, partnering with finance, technology and operations to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or Finance Operations.
• Experience managing high-volume AP in multinational, e-commerce, marketplace, retail, technology or shared services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of the AP function across multiple markets.
• Design, implement and enhance scalable AP processes, controls and governance frameworks.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing.
• Manage complex supplier ecosystems and high transaction volumes while maintaining service excellence.
• Oversee payment operations, reconciliations and month-end AP activities.
• Partner with finance, technology and operational stakeholders to deliver process enhancement projects.
• Provide strategic recommendations on future-state AP operating models whilst remaining hands-on with execution.
