Michael Page is recruiting a senior Accounts Payable transformation lead to architect a global AP function and drive automation in a fast-scaling e-commerce business. You will report to senior finance leadership and partner with finance, technology, and operations to deliver future-state models.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in AP/Procure-to-Pay, experience in multinational environments, and a proven track record of automation and process improvement across cross-border supplier ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay or Finance Operations.
• Experience with high-volume AP in multinational or ecommerce environments.
• Proven automation and finance transformation track record.
• Strong supplier management and AP controls.
• Experience with cross-border operations and multiple entities.
• Knowledge of GST/VAT and international supplier structures.
• Advanced ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and continuous improvement of AP across markets.
• Design, implement scalable AP processes, controls and governance.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Manage complex supplier ecosystems and high transaction volumes.
• Oversee payment operations, reconciliations and month-end AP.
• Partner with finance, technology and operations to deliver projects.
• Provide strategic recommendations on future-state AP models while hands-on.
