Job summary

Airwallex in Singapore is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead a 15+ person team of AMs and CSMs, shaping the post-sales growth engine and GTM strategy to maximize wallet share across our existing client base.

You will partner with sales, product, operations, marketing, and strategy to build playbooks and processes, while coaching leaders to deliver exceptional commercial outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience, with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams to hit ambitious targets.
• Strong commercial intuition and ability to map payment flows and revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including C-suite.
• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and managing complex client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 15+ team of AMs and CSMs; set standards and scale the organization.
